TTHTI is pleased to offer the Bsc. in Culinary Management, the first of its kind in Trinidad and Tobago. It is only offered Part Time (1 1/2 years).
This programme aims to develop for the hospitality industry, persons knowledgeable and skilled in the performance of complex, non routine culinary work with responsibility for the work of others and the management of resources.
