Cake Decorating
CAKE DECORATING: INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED
This exciting and practical-oriented programme will introduce participants to current best practices in professional cake decorating. Course participants will be exposed to detailed “Sugar Craft” and the preparation, storage and presentation of items made with “Fondant” and “Gum Paste”.
An experienced Cake Decorator who has been trained by internationally recognized decorators and authors Tombi Peck, Allan Dunn and Nicholas Lodge will facilitate the course.
